Full Mouth Extreme Makeover Treatment - Trauma

The patient fractured upper front teeth in a pool side accident and were extracted. Bottom front teeth were periodontally hopeless. They were extracted and a temporary bridge was placed.

The photo at right shows the gold copings which are present under the lower temporary bridge. The patient is wearing a temporary removable appliance to replace the top teeth.

At right is the completed case with a 5 implant supported bridge on the top and a fixed bridge on the bottom. Remaining teeth had porcelain fused to gold crowns.
